Magical Vegetable Forest
- 2 large ripe avocados
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- ½ cup cream cheese
- 2 carrots, peeled, cut into 6cm sticks
- 3 celery sticks, cut into 6cm sticks
- 1 bunch broccoli, cut into florets
Place the avocado, lemon juice and cream cheese in a bowl. Use a fork to mash until smooth. Cut the veggies and stand some in the avocado dip. Serve with the remaining carrots, celery and broccoli.
Yield: 8 servings.
